The Fahlenscheid bike park in the Sauerland provides a sporting offer for mountain bikers. The area, maintained by the frOEriders in cooperation with the Fahlenscheid ski area, includes a variety of downhill options with specific routes such as freeride and downhill passages. These include different curves, steep slopes, northshores and road gaps. The route layout takes different riding abilities into account by providing a chick trail as a bypass for each challenging element. A lift supports the comfortable transportation of bikers up the mountain. Helmets and protectors must be worn when using the trails. Full-face helmets, body protection, knee and elbow protectors and gloves are also recommended. Crossroads must be observed as traffic routes. When crossing or jumping over road gaps, it is advisable to be secured by another person. Use of the area is at your own risk.
