Information

Directions

The “Ruthenaar-Double” route is designed for beginners and families, starting with the “ascent” via the K1 lift. On the “Ruthenaar-Intro” trail, you can ease into the ride before tackling the highlight of the loop: the approximately 4-kilometer-long Ruthenaar Trail. After a few hundred meters on a forest road, you’ll be back at the starting point—and ready for the next lap.

Equipment

We recommend a helmet, functional cycling clothing appropriate for the weather, snacks in a backpack, plenty of fluids (water, tea), a bike pump, a repair kit, and a multitool.

Safety guidelines

Rules for Using the Green Trails:
  • You ride the trail at your own risk.
  • You are required to wear a helmet.
  • Follow the designated direction of travel.
  • Respect and be mindful of other nature enthusiasts. The forest is for everyone.
  • Don’t overestimate your abilities—know your limits.
  • Think of nature and stay on the trails—shortcuts are not allowed.
  • Don’t leave any trash in the forest. The animals and nature will thank you.
  • Observe the designated hours of use—give the animals some peace and quiet
