The "Fredeburger Imbiss" road bike tour starts in Bad Fredeburg, near the local mini golf course. The route initially undulates through the Hawerland, touching Wormbach and Bracht before crossing the Henne valley and passing Rimberg. The route returns to its start in Bad Fredeburg and offers a concentrated experience of the regional topography. After returning to the starting point, there is an opportunity to stop for refreshments.

A rescue point system has been installed throughout the region (Soest district, Hochsauerland district, Märkischer district, Olpe district and Siegen-Wittgenstein district). Rescue points can be found on the information boards at the junctions of the South Westphalia cycle network.

Travel to Lennestadt-Althenhundem station, then take the SB 9 and S 90 buses to Bad Fredeburg.

Take the A 46 to Meschede, then take the B 55 towards Eslohe, in Eslohe take the B 511 towards Schmallenberg



Via the A 44 to the Wünneberg junction, then on the B 480 towards Bad Wünneberg, via Brilon to Winterberg, there on the B 236 towards Schmallenberg, in Schmallenberg on the B 511 towards Eslohe



Take the A 45 to Dillenburg, then the B 253 to Battenberg, then the B 236 via Winterberg to Schmallenberg, then the B 511 towards Eslohe



Via the A 4 to the Olpe-Süd junction, in Olpe take the B 55 to Grevenbrück, then the B 236 towards Schmallenberg, in Gleidorf (before Schmallenberg!) take the B 511 towards Eslohe

Parking is available at the Kurhaus in Bad Fredeburg.
