The road bike lake circuit starts in Finnentrop and, after an initial climb near Heggen, leads along the Ahauser Stausee reservoir to Attendorn. The route continues via Helden before taking a precise detour via Rieflinghausen and Berlinghausen to reach the shores of Biggesee, from where the route immediately turns off. The section via Oberneger is characterized by a moderate gradient. The topographical highlight of the tour manifests itself in Olpe-Fahlenscheid. From there, the route leads northwards via Oberveischede parallel to the Repe before finally returning to the starting point in Finnentrop. There are plenty of places to stop for refreshments along the route.
