The road bike tour through the Schmallenberger Land takes its course via Fretter and is characterized by a changing altitude profile up to Wormbach. The route then crosses open field landscapes in a northerly direction, passes almost flat sections to Eslohe and leads back to Finnentrop via Serkenrode and along the Fretterbach stream.
