U6 Ritzhagen trekking site near Willingen

The Ritzhagen U6 trekking site is located in an exposed position above Willingen, directly next to the mountain station of the summer toboggan run. From this elevated position, there is a comprehensive view of Willingen, the Ettelsberg and the trails of the MTB zone. Especially in the morning, the sunrise over the landscape reveals a deep stillness that guarantees an intense experience of nature. As part of the comprehensive Sauerland Trekking Park, the site fits into a concept of nature-oriented overnight stays, which are positioned along the Uplandsteig trail and offer a variety of nature experiences. The entire trekking park is designed to offer visitors an original and at the same time oriented opportunity to explore the surroundings on trails. Close to the site is the alpine-style ski and toboggan hut Einkehrschwung, which is located at the foot of the Willingen summer toboggan run and is around 300 meters from the trekking site.
