The regional Apachenpass and Eggekamm cycle tour leads through the towns of Marienmünster, Nieheim and Steinheim. Its course is characterized by a varied topography. Sections in the Egge area, especially the passage of the Apachen Pass between Heesten and Leopoldstal, are characterized by wooded, shady vegetation. In the eastern part of the route, the panorama is dominated by extensive fields and meadows. This circular tour primarily uses low-traffic paths and also offers various places to stop for refreshments along the way.
