The Seven Valleys Tour starts in Winterberg. The initial sections of the route run along asphalt paths before changing to the characteristic course of the Seven Valleys Trail. The route is characterized in places by single trails, which accentuate the riding dynamics. Through Medelon, a lower-lying area, the route stretches over the ridges to Berge, where sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding landscape open up. A specific section in Liesen includes elements of a former downhill route and therefore poses increased technical challenges. The passage through extensive beech forests offers a natural experience whose appearance changes with the seasons. The final ascent from Liesen back to Winterberg requires you to consciously manage your strength.
