The regional cycle tour starts in Marsberg and follows the course of the Diemel to Westheim. There, you can visit the local brewery by prior arrangement. The route continues via Oesdorf and Meerhof to Dalheim. The baroque Dalheim Monastery from the 15th century is home to the LWL State Museum for Monastery Culture with changing exhibitions. The 7.5-hectare monastery garden, restaurants and a monastery store complete the cultural offer for visitors. The journey continues to the climatic health resort and Kneipp spa town of Bad Wünnenberg. The green lower town can be seen from afar, dominated by the old town center with its church and historic fortified tower. You then cross Fürstenberg with its castle and cycle through a landscape characterized by nature via Essentho back to Marsberg. There, a visit to the Kilianstollen visitor mine rounds off the tour. This former copper mine fascinates with its colorful sintering in vivid shades.
