Directions

The route starts in Willingen at the visitor center and initially runs along the R5 long-distance cycle path through the Stryck Valley towards Usseln. In Usseln, the Upländer Bauernmolkerei dairy with the Milchmuhseum invites you to take a break. Leave the R5, turn left into Sportstraße and follow the Diemel cycle path. You cycle through the beautiful Diemel river valley.In Hemmighausen, leave the Diemel cycle path and follow the Upland cycle path to Rattlar.Cycle in a small arc down into the picturesque Aarbach valley. Cycling alongside the Aarbach, you cross Schwalefeld and finally reach the B251 again, where you follow the R5 back to Willingen.
